It all started when we realised that summer holidays are just around the corner – the time when you will spend even more time in a bikini than you do when living in Dubai...
We are constantly planning to get more active and exercise more without actually doing it but this time will be different: April will be a “health kick” month at the Omasi HQ.
We have decided to check out some new studios and classes around Dubai. In addition to the morning or evening walks at the Kite Beach track, you may see us attending the classes at Physique57, doing a downward dog on a paddle board in SUP yoga at Sofitel Dubai The Palm or flexing and stretching at Pure Pilates Dubai. Also Dubai Ladies Club and their various exercise classes are on the list.
Pilates and yoga are something we both love and have been doing over many years, sometimes more frequently, lately less… but it’s exciting to try different forms of these classics and while the weather still allows, even to do them outside.
